Cowboy Caviar

2 1/2 TB vinegar
1/2 TB Tabasco
1 1/2 TB oil
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Mix in small bowl for dressing.

1 can corn (drained)
1 can black eyed peas (rinsed)
1 avocado chopped
3 plum tomatoes chopped
2/3 cup cilantro chopped
2/3 cup green onion chopped

Mix in large bowl. Toss with dressing. Serve with tortilla chips.
